Emily VanCamp

Emily Irene VanCamp was born in Canada and is an actress who has starred in numerous television series. She is also a star in the field of film. Both Canadian and American television are fond of Emily VanCamp. Emily's interest in acting began at the age of 12 when she was visiting the sister of Katie who was shooting one of Katie's movies. She began taking classes in acting, and then auditioning following realizing she loved acting. After some commercials, which were successful, she was quickly cast in the Canadian children's horror television series Are You scared of Dark? which featured her only in one scene, without any spoken dialogue. At the age 15, Emily got her first big break after she became an actor on the WB show Glory Days. Emily's performance in the WB show Glory Days that was cancelled after nine episodes, attracted the attention of and landed Greg Berlanti from Dawson's Creek. Emily was also a ballet dancer and photographer. Teen once named her one of the most talented actors who were under twenty. Maxim placed her at number 51 on its Hot 100 of 2014.
